Booked a wheelchair accessible room with a garden view and a terrace, and upon arrival, enjoyed the beautiful views.

The rooms are reasonably spacious, with a great view, the garden, as for instance provided. They have a great restaurant for dinner, that was a definite bonus.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in the standard double room, plus central heating, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Lots of delicious breakfast options. Early check-in and late check-out, very nice staff...

A charming traditional hotel with a nice pool and garden views. Really kind people working here. - Location just next door to the cathedral as well as the shopping area. - Close to major attractions.

Nice hotel, nice staff, excellent location. Was nice but the hotel is nothing to write home about.
All was good. But for 80 euros it could have included breakfast!

Very centrally located, walking distance to the historic walls and the shopping streets.
This hotel seriously needs renovations. It is clean, but the room decoration was probably modern decades ago. If you want something modern, don't go to this Parador.

This was my 6th stay at the hotel. It is well situated, has large cofortable rooms, good service, an excellent buffet breakfast and secure on=site parking.

During our stay at Parador De, we were delighted to discover that the hotel grounds formed part of the fortifications of Ceuta. It was a unique and special experience for us, as we enjoy exploring historical sites. The location of the hotel was also convenient as it was within walking distance of the ferry terminal and the main attractions in Ceuta. The spacious and clean rooms provided a comfortable stay, and the swimming pool area was a peaceful spot to relax. we would recommend this hotel for its historical charm and convenient location.

The hotel is located in excellent place, nice and center of the old town. The room was big and there was space in the bathroom as well. People were nice to me and I felt well there.
Although the service was nice I sometimes had problems with communication as I do not speak Spanish.

The rooms were overlooking the gardens and sea and views were magnificient. There were weddings booked and they took place in and off the garden with noise penetrating the room. These take place on Fri and Sat so light sleepers should look for rooms away from the garden at weekends. Must give thanks to the manager who listened to our complaints and gave us suitable compensation.
We were disappointed in the dining room with pricing, service and food. Only 1 of our party of 4 could be said to have enjoyed the evening meal which cost about €40 per head including drinks. However the breakfast was good.

Very well located in city center, nice swimming pool
Hotel and rooms are very old and noisy. You ear table moving of next flor due to tiled flor, and all night adult couple activities of the closest rooms !

The young waiter at the restaurant in the evenings was very patient and kind. We liked the rooms in the ancient wall. The fountains were pretty and the location was great.
Not at all family-friendly. They didn't allow us to put kids on the floor, bring any extra bedding, or anything. There was plenty of space in the rooms for all of this, but they didn't have any mercy. Travel in Europe is very difficult and expensive because you have to pay per person, the limits are strictly enforced, and there is no consideration of families with children. In the usa, you pay for the whole room in which you can put as many people as you like (a reasonable amount of course). In Europe, we feel we are being punished for having children even though we only have two. Also - the hotel was extremely expensive for what we got - the rooms were nothing special (the doors didn't even work to the bathroom or the room, the shower leaked terribly, and the beds were separate). This must be because there is little competition in Ceuta for hotels. The meals were also extremely expensive.
